🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
⚠️ Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Eligible For Exchange:
- Size issues
- Color changes
- Defective or wrong item received
* Delivery charges for exchanges are paid by the customer, except in cases of wrong or defective items.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly applicable only if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Refunds are processed promptly after a complete inspection of the returned item and are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please Note: No refunds are issued for size issues or change of mind (an exchange can be requested instead).
